42 DUGG DROPS POWERFUL VISUALS FOR “FRESH FROM THE FEDS”
THE DETROIT NATIVE IS CURRENTLY ON THE ‘4EVA US, NEVA THEM’ NATIONWIDE TOUR
October 16, 2024 – Hip-hop heavyweight 42 Dugg has unleashed a new music video for the standout track “Fresh From The Feds”off his debut studio album 4eva Us, Neva Them. The video, directed by Carters Vision and based on a true story, finds the 29-year-old reflecting on his life while attending the funeral of a friend killed in a car accident. Various scenes show how the accident happened when an argument in a car between a couple caused the female driver to get distracted and strike the young man. WATCH HERE.
Dugg released a trailer for the music video in 10 different movie theaters around his hometown of Detroit, Michigan, and had it in constant rotation in the lobby of additional theaters in the area. The video for “Fresh From The Feds” comes after Dugg had a busy summer season unleashing the visuals for “Org,” “Wrong Right,” “Megan” featuring Blac Youngsta, and “Since When” featuring Collective Music Grouplabelmate EST Gee.
4eva Us, Neva Them was released in July and came with 21 tracks that put listeners in the world of the hip-hop hitmaker. Notable tracks include “Catch 1,” “Go Again Pt 2,”and “4eva Us Freestyle.” Dugg also had an A-list group of collaborators featured on the album, such as Lil Baby, Meek Mill, Sexyy Red, Jeezy, Rylo Rodriguez, and more. Dugg is currently on a nationwide tour in support of his debut album that has already had him touch down in Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Denver and more. Joining Dugg on the 20-city trek are the hottest young artists in the game today like Yungeen Ace,Cartier, Audi.Money, Chicken.P, and more.
4eva Us, Neva Them is Dugg’s first project of 2024 and his official return from a lengthy hiatus from the music scene. The 2021 XXL Freshman star’s last full project came in 2022, a collaborative effort with EST Gee titled Last Ones Left, which debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200. “Everybody Shooters Too” and “Thump Shit which were on the album were recently certified gold by the RIAA. Dugg’s last solo project, Free Dem Boyz, came in 2021 and debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard 200.
