(Los Angeles, CA – October 18th, 2024) – Rising Singer-songwriter Chino Pacas, one of the youngest artist in the regional Mexican music scene, has officially released his debut album, “Que Sigan Llegando Las Pacas”(“Let The Money Keep Coming”). The 13-track album is an eclectic infusion of urban sierreño and corridors tumbados that finds Pacas putting his raw creativity on full display. Assisting Pacas on his major label debut is a heavy-hitting list of artists, including Drake, Fuerza Regida, Junior H, Gabito Ballesteros, Armenta, and Turo Pacas. Executive producers of the album include JOP of Fuerza Regida and Nessell “Chubbs” Beezer of PFL. Listen HERE.
To celebrate the release of the new album, which also falls on his 18th birthday, Pacas unleashed the official music video for the standout track “Modo Capone” featuring Drake and JOP of Fuerza Regida. The music video, which was filmed in Houston, Texas; directed by Chris Villa, finds Pacas and JOP arriving at a villa with a horse ranch and have a feast with their crews and bikini-clad women while Drake drops his verse in full Spanish inside a massive stable were two horses are strolling by. Pacas makes history with the first regional Mexican track ever featuring Drake, one of the most streamed and impactful Hip-Hop artists of the decade, on “Modo Capone;” blending a regional Mexican infused R&B track along with JOP of Fuerza Regida, one of the biggest artists in the genre. This track is Drake’s first regional Mexican song.
Other leading singles released earlier this year from Pacas’ debut album include “Tunechi”featuring Gabito Ballesteros, which Pacas also performed on the LIVE stage at the Latin AMAs; “Mami Chula,” and “Otra Vez Pegue un Vergazo.” In addition, Pacas included two other fan-favorite singles on the album: “Dijeron Que No La iba Lograr” featuring Fuerza Regida and the breakout viral single “El Gordo Trae El Mando” which currently sits at 1.3 Billion streams globally.
Fans looking to celebrate the release of the album and music video can do so by getting their hands on the Chino Pacas Que Sigan Llegando Las Pacas Fan Packs. The special pair of bundles was released on October 11 and gifts fans a selection of two t-shirts and a signed copy of the album.
Chino Pacas is one of the hottest young artists in the music industry. The 18-year-old got his start by going viral with the TikTok hit “El Gordo Trae El Mando,” which caught the attention of JOP of Fuerza Regida. The success of that song led to Pacas signing a deal with Street Mob Records, PFL and Geffen Records. From there, Pacas went on an incredible run by taking his rich Mexican artistry and finding new ways to blend with contemporary music. That exploration helped Pacas earn three entries across various Billboard charts with breakout hits “El Gordo Trae El Mando,” “Dijieron Que No La Iba a Lograr,” and “Que Onda.” All three songs have entered the Hot Latin Songs, Latin Streaming Songs, and both Global charts.
The accomplishments continued to pour in for Pacas and his upstart career as he secured a feature on Peso Pluma’s latest album, Exodos, on the track titled “Mami,” and has even performed the song live with Pluma in the United States. Pacas has also appeared on Tito Double P’s new album and has been featured on Gabito Ballestero’s The GB project. In addition, he made history performing as the first regional Mexican artist at Rolling Loud California 2024. Pacas also took the stage to perform his hit songs “El Gordon Trae El Mando” and “Tunechi” at the 2024 Latin American Music Awards.
Pacas is already taking his music on the road, too, as he’s currently in the middle of a West Coast tour alongside Street Mob’s Calle 24, and Clave Especial. The tour has already seen sold-out dates in Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Santa Ana, with future stops across California in San Diego, LA, Fresno, and San Jose.
