After much-anticipation, Grammy Award-winning artist and rap superstar Kendrick Lamar performed at the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime show on Sunday night (Feb .9) at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
Hosted by actor Samuel L. Jackson, K.Dot kicked off his electrifying set with his GNX track, before segueing into other tracks off the album “Man At The Garden”, “Peekaboo”, and his other noteworthy records such as “DNA”, “Humble”, and more.
SZA joined Kendrick for their duets “Luther” and “All The Stars” before Kendrick launched into his Grammy Award-winning hit “Not Like Us”, which earned him three wins the week before. As Serena Williams cripped walked to the record, Lamar ended his performance with guest Mustard for “TV Off”.
The performance marked Kendrick Lamar’s first Super Bowl headlining performance. In 2022, he was among the guests who joined Dr. Dre and Snoop’s halftime performance.
