Tell me a little bit about how you got your start in music and who are some of your musical influences

Been a DJ since 95/97, Hip Hop fan since 89/90. Digging thru Hip Hop led to Digging for Soul, Funk, Jazz etc and like most DJ’s led to Beatmaking.

Influenced by everybody from Public Enemy, NWA, Ultramagnetic MC’s to Wu Tang Clan, Nas, Juice Crew, Marley Marl, DJ Premier, Pete Rock etc.

Tell me a little bit about your new single, Pot Of Gold, and how it came together for you.

This was the 1st of a few tracks i’ve worked on with Reek Osama, others being Scriptures which is on Bandcamp at the moment and a couple of tracks appearing on an EP I got with Hank Dope.
Reek did the Verse and Hook and I sat with the track for a minute to see who could knock it out and I reached out to Flee Lord who bodied it as well.

Do you have any more upcoming videos or singles?

I’ve got a few things dropping in the next couple of months.
A Single (State Building) and EP (State Chronicles) with The Bad Seed .
A Single (Rebels Of Valhalla ft Reek Osama) and EP (Death Won’t Stop Us) with Hank Dope
As well as some Singles with Pro Dillinger and Substance 810 (Big Picture) and RJ Payne (Hitters ft Rockness Monsta)

What are your current thoughts on the music industry?

I stay clear of the Music Industry, keep to the Independent scene so I have no thoughts on it. Independent Scene is alive and well.

What is currently playing on your playlist musically?

A lot of time i’m on random, whatever records i dig up i’ll look it up on Spotify and just go random.

Not at the moment.
