Per The Source Magazine: In what could become one of the most iconic alliances in Hip-Hop history, legendary MCs Big Daddy Kane, KRS-One, Kool G Rap, and Rakim are reportedly joining forces to form a supergroup.

According to multiple reports from Page Six, the project — tentatively titled “Mt. Rushmore” — is in advanced planning stages. Insiders claim that the group has secured funding and begun contract negotiations, with only one of the four rappers yet to officially sign on.

The rumored supergroup has already sent shockwaves through the Hip-Hop community, bringing together four of the genre’s most influential lyricists, all of whom helped shape the sound, style, and social commentary of Hip-Hop’s golden era.
