I2G is here with Manny how’s it going?
It’s going good, can’t complain.
How did you get your start in music and who are your musical influences?
Well I was born into musical influence from my Dad and alot of famous reggae artists took care of me when I was a young kid. I was around 5 years old when I interviewed Damian and Jillian Marley on my Dad’s tv show called Reggae Times TV.
My top 5 in hip hop is 2pac, Jadakiss, Nas, Fabolous and Styles P.
You just recently dropped your new single, Like That. Tell me a little bit about how that track came together for you.
The single Like That came about, I know this girl named Tamara and I like it how she does it like that in the strip club.
Do you have a upcoming Mixtape or album set to drop?
I am working on an album, possibly a mixtape following after. I have not decided yet.
Do you have any more upcoming videos?
Yes I have more upcoming videos on the way. The second single which is entitled Out The Mud and many more. I feel with this album it is going to have bangers from in the winter all the way to next fall.
What are your current thoughts on the music industry?
It’s a grimy cut throat industry. If you ain’t strong you can easily lose yourself.
What is currently playing on your playlist musically?
I am listening to a bit of everything. Max B he just dropped a new project, Fetty Wap as well. I’ll be all down South listening, and if you are hot I am listening.
