The tour announcement follows the release of Molly Santana’s highly anticipated sophomore album, Molly and Her Week of Wonders. Spanning 17 tracks, the album features a diverse group of songs that stay true to her core sound while exploring more dreamlike, surreal textures, mirroring the coming-of-age themes and eerie tone of the 1970 Czech film, Valerie and Her Week of Wonders, which inspired the album. Featuring collaborations with Che, Showjoe, and Hardrock, the album has earned widespread praise: TMRW Magazine called her “bold, genre-blurring, and unapologetically authentic,” Billboard named “BRB” ft. Showjoe” a “Hip-Hop Fresh Pick of the Week,” and HotNewHipHop declared, “She’s taking risks, flipping familiar tropes, and rewriting what it means to come of age in the streaming era.”

Inspired by the cult film, the album dives into themes of surrealism, self-discovery, and the unspoken pressures of girlhood today, unfolding as a dreamlike coming-of-age story drawn from Molly’s own experiences navigating the industry. Leading up to tonight’s release, she teased the project with eerie, atmospheric trailers shared across social media. See HERE.

Born to a Black father and Japanese mother, Santana was raised between California and Japan, where she attended fashion school before fully committing to music. Pulling from her cross-cultural background, she’s known for blending punk, rage, trap, and alt-pop with a high-energy, hyper-feminine touch.

In recent years, Santana has built a reputation as a standout in the underground rap scene, growing dedicated followings on both TikTok and SoundCloud. She’s also racked up millions of Spotify streams for tracks like “Windows Up,” “Chain Swangin,” and “Not Regular.” Over the past year, she’s opened forSki Mask the Slump God and Don Toliver on their respective tours, made her Rolling Louddebut in Miami, and has been highlighted as one of Pigeons and PlanesArtist to Watch in 2025.” Last fall, she hit the studio with Lil Uzi Vert—a full-circle moment for the rising artist, who once translated the lyrics of “Luv Is Rage 2” into Japanese for her mother.

With Molly and Her Week of Wonders, Santana delivers her most ambitious statement yet, cinematic, genre-defying, and now brought to life on stage as she takes the album on the road for her biggest tour to date.
