(March 18, 2026)- Today, GRAMMY-Award winning rap-icon Nasand DJ Premier– two of the most influential and revered figures in hip-hop history– dropped the new music video for “GiT Ready,” directed by Jean-Charles “JC” Charavin off their collaborative album Light-Years.  Watch Here.

The video was shot in New York and draws inspiration from contemporary architecture and the worlds of finance and technology.  With a mature, elegant and powerful look, Nas and DJ Premier highlight the timeless strength of their collaboration—capturing success through subtle details as they move effortlessly within a world where success is already established.

Last week, Nas released the Legend Has It.. Nas Feature Presentation-a curated digital and physical release highlighting all of Nas’ featured guest appearances across the classic Legend Has It album series.  Inspired by the classic, raw Smack DVD culture of the early 2000’s, each track comes with exclusive commentary from Nas offering deeper insight into his collaborations on each album and also includes Nas’ original verse on “Omerta” from Raekwon’s The Emperor’s New Clothes.

State Of Mind Pt. II.”
