West Coast Rap legend Ras Kass took to Instagram yesterday (1/13/2026) to announce the release date for his new album Leopard Eats Face. Officially due out February 13, 2026 via HillTop Ave/Soulspazm, the album will feature the two singles “42” (featuring Smif-N-Wessun) and “Scar Tissue” (featuring Treach of Naughty By Nature and Wais P), both of which were released in October of last year. Today (1/14/2026), Ras shares the album’s Timothy Bloom-assisted third single, “Miss Me Yet?“, a mournful, complex reckoning with legacy, ego, and love lost.
“‘Miss Me Yet?’ is built on a double entendre—on the surface, it plays like a relationship record, but beneath that it’s a metaphor for my relationship with hip-hop and the music industry. It’s about regret, hindsight, and realizing the value of what you once had, whether after a breakup or a falling out. Produced by S Class alongside the incredibly talented up-and-coming producer Genre, the record blends smooth R&B textures with something grittier underneath. The hook, sung by my brother and double Grammy winner Timothy Bloom, elevates the song emotionally and conceptually, helping it grow and intensify as it unfolds. It’s one of the most subversive tracks on Leopard Eats Face—easy to vibe to, but layered with meaning.” – Ras Kass
