You just recently dropped your new album, Who Da Fu*k Is Dat Ni*ga In Dat Wheelchair PT.2 (The Bran Dre Story). Tell me a little bit about how the album came together for you.
[Px-TNE] Good Question, I Was Having This Vision Like What If A Mixtape Dj From L.A Would Do What Dj Khaled Does By Mixing The Best Talent In The Country And Have A Full Project With Top Tier Artist Doing A Collaboration On Each Song But Do It With The Best Local Talent I Believe From L.A And With Each Artist Fan Base Or Following Combine Would Make The City Of L.A Go Off The Rails Similar To What Kendrick Lamar Did For The City With His New Album “GNX”, Since I Didn’t Have Those Connections Or Access I Decided To Create A Demonstration With My Artist Lost God, Gormay & EBS Tiny 2uce Alongside Myself. Gormay And My Cousin Black Had Been Pushing Me For Years Telling Me It’s You Who Need To Step Out In Front And Bring It Home For Us And With Years And Years Of Hearing Them Getting On My Case About It, It Finally Clicked How I Would Do It I Have An App On My Cellphone I Had Bought For 20$ Called “BeatMaker 2” I Loaded It With As Many Kits That I Could Store In My Phone Although It Was Enough Sounds To Begin With ,The Program Also Had Its Limitations Which Was Fine By Me Because Now I Have To Work With What I Have. I Was Inspired By Sir-Mix-A-Lot I Had Came Across A Clip On YouTube Where He Was Explaining On How The Legendary Exec/Producer Rick Rubin Was Listening To The Earlier Touches Of The Multi-Platinum Single “Baby Got Back” Rick Ruben Had Told Sir-Mix-A-Lot That If You Take These Certain Sounds Out That Particular Record Here It Would Have A Lot Of Potential, The Record Went On To Make Sir-Mix-A-Lot Over 100 Million Dollars I Applied That Bit Of Information Into My Production.
I Produced 95% Of My New Album “Who Da 🖕🏾Is Dat 🥷 In Dat ♿️ ?PT.2 [The Bran Dre Story] Using One Shots And Semitones And The Track Out’s Was A Task Because Drop Box Had Cancelled There Licensing With BeatMaker 2 I Guess Because The Program Was Old And They Had Created The 3rd Installment Of The Beat Making Software So I Had To Bust Out The Sounds Using SoundCloud to Export Each Sound Out One By One, It Took Me A Few Years To Put It All Together I Had To Catch Gormay When He Would Come Down From The Bay And Get His Vocals We Even Traveled To Atl To Track Some Vocals, Ebs Tiny 2uce & Lost God Had To Catch Them When I Could Basically I Had To Record Eveyone Separately That Was Some Work In Itself My Go To Mixing And Mastering Engineer “Bodiezondaboardz” Went Missing In Action For A Few Years And If Anybody Know Having The Right Engineer Who You Been Building With And Crafting Out A Sound It’s Like A Marriage And When He Went AWOL I Was Stuck In Limbo, Nervous To Work With Any Other Engineer Because I Felt They Just Wouldn’t Get It, Thank God I Studied A Thing Or Two About Mixing I Became Aware Of Eq’n A Lot Better, I Was Ready To Coach A Professional Engineer How I Want My Shit To Sound Like I Reach Out To My Buddy Te-John Anax He Came To My House And Mixed My Shit Right In Front Of Me With My Old 2012 Mac Book Pro A Focusrite Scarlet A Crack Version Of Pro Tools 10 And 1 Yamaha Speaker We Made It Work The Finished Product Is Available On All Digital Platforms Now!!!

[Px-TNE] I Have A Project With My Artist “Gormay” Called “Shits And Giggles” I’m Producing Everything From Top To Bottom, “EBS Tiny 2uce” Is Coming With Something New Very Soon So Be On The Look Out For Him, “Lost God”Has A Shit Load Of Music And Big Name Collaborations With Many Artist Go Stream Him On All Platforms. Me And Media Company “Rap Status” Released A Movie Called “Red & Blue Makes Green” Co-Starring The Late Great Nipsey Hussle And More, We Also Have A New Movie Coming Soon In 2025 Called “Fast Money” With E-40, Turf Talk And More

[Px-TNE]•Yes We Have Videos For “Auntie” Sheeza” & “T.D.F.N” Coming In 2025 My Plan Is To Shoot Every Song With A Video So We Locking And Loading For 25’ Stay Tuned
What are your current thoughts on the music industry?
[Px-TNE] I Think The Music Industry Is In A Great Place Especially When You Have Your Own Budget And You Can Do What You Want When You Signed To Yourself, This Is The Time Where Artist Take All That Music In Your Hardrive And Release It All On The Platforms A Little Of Something Is Better Then Nothing At All Right? If You Can Build A Name For Yourself Out Here, You Know How Many Brand Deals Are Available To You When You Can Create Some Traction It Is Infinite I’m Telling You Your iPhone Or Smartphone Device
