June 5, 2026 — (Los Angeles, CA) — Today, Atlanta rap upstart ApolloRed1 drops his immersive new mixtape DEMONHEARTRADIO, out now via YVL / Interscope Records. With hypnotic vocals, an expansive sound, and lyrics that aren’t afraid to go deep, the 18-song set taps into the magnetism that underground fans already know and love, and includes collaborations with Bryant Barnes, Destroy Lonely, HXG, and more. Watch the just-out music video for dynamic highlight “Geeked Up” with OsamaSon HERE, (OUT LATER TODAY) and listen to DEMONHEARTRADIO in full HERE.

“Geeked Up” embodies the project’s woozy glory, bouncing along to steady waves of bass, warbling electronics, and crackling percussion produced by 1st Class (Yeat, French Montana), Bakkwoods (Lil Tecca, SoFayGo), Alawais, and Surcha. But the real power is in the chemistry of the two artists as they lean into the excess and escape of youth. OsamaSontakes the infectious sing-song chorus, while ApolloRed1considers how far he’s come: “Touch my chain, they put ‘long live’ in front of his name / I used to dream of this sh*t, now I wake up: this sh*t a reality.”

Just one week ago, ApolloRed1 announced DEMONHEARTRADIO with the genre-melting single “#Demon” featuring Barnes, produced by Cardo Got Wings(Travis Scott, Drake) and Johnny Juliano (Kendrick Lamar, Young Thug). Mixing moody soul, swirling psychedelia, and expressive bars, that track set the stage for a project that finds ApolloRed1 subtly, organically expanding his sound. The surprise cut got instant love from VIBE, Complex, and hnhh, who called it “a spirited performance [from] an artist with big ideas … something the underground needs more of.”

DEMONHEARTRADIO finds ApolloRed1 charging headfirst into the raw excitement and complex emotions of youth with tracks to match courtesy of producers like F1LTHY, Bugz Ronin, TRGC, Clayco, OPM BABI, 16yrold, and others. The project is rich with darkly gleaming soundscapes (see “Codeine Shower” with Destroy Lonely) and dizzying chaos (“Pole Down” featuring HXG), but also light bursting through cracks in horizon, as heard on the anthemic, dance-driven “More Time.”There’s also plenty of room for serious introspection on tracks like “Love you > Myself.”

ApolloRed1 has been steadily shaping his vision and amassing followers the past couple of years, independently dropping a run of darkly stylish, sonically diverse, and distinctly thoughtful songs and projects — plus working with PlaqueBoyMax, sosocamo, 1300Saint, and others. He lit up Rolling Loud Orlando in May, after wrapping up his run on the arena-crashing, headline-making Antagonist 2.0 Tour alongside YVLboss Playboy Carti, Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, and HXG.

Prolific and charismatic, ApolloRed1 turned heads with his last few releases. A year ago, he dropped his buzzing Midnight Blassic project, the inaugural release on YVL (see the video for “Drug Love Demo 2”). He then followed in October with his ApolloRed1 vs The World mixtape, which included the highlight “Profit,” plus features from Protect, Destroy Lonely, and others.

In February, he stepped into his current era with the SoundCloud-exclusive B4DEMON FM, a 10-minute stream meant to play like a radio broadcast introducing the themes now heard on DEMONHEARTRADIO. Stay tuned in as ApolloRed1continues to transmit his sound to the world.
