Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods are loving married life–especially one specific aspect of their new normal.
The New York Knicks star and the entrepreneur tied the knot in California last month, saying “I do” while surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, Aug. 15.
Their lives have been a complete whirlwind in the months since, and on Sept. 19, the couple attended the YSL Beauty Block Party NYC Edition at La Esquina in New York City. While talking to reporters there, they opened up about how married life is going so far.
During a joint interview with InStyle, Woods and Towns were asked what their favorite part of married life is. While they both responded that not much has changed from their relationship before, there is one thing they’re proud to sport now.
“Everything’s still kind of the same except we get to wear…” Woods began before holding up her left hand and flashing her wedding band.
Towns is excited about his ring, too, 30, adding, “I’ve been dying to wear the ring, so.”
The basketball star and the Woods by Jordyn founder met one another in Los Angeles back in 2017 before they eventually started dating in 2020. The couple made their relationship Instagram official that September. The got engaged on Christmas Eve 2025.
Not even a year later, the pair got married in an outdoor ceremony at a private home in Malibu on Aug. 15. According to Vogue, they were legally married in a civil ceremony four days later in Santa Barbara.
“Everything was beautiful, but what I remember most is the feeling in the room,” Woods told Vogue of the ceremony. “There was so much love surrounding us, and you could genuinely feel how happy everyone was to be there witnessing that moment with us.”
Jordyn continued, “We were incredibly intentional about every detail, not just how everything looked, but how we wanted people to feel. It was authentic to us, it was filled with love, and I wouldn’t change that experience for the world.”
